In collaboration with multiple regional and local teams, MT&CO led the creative direction, graphic design, and experience design for Buchanan’s in Costa Rica. The work focused on translating regional brand strategies into locally relevant executions, ensuring consistency while allowing the brand to feel close, contemporary, and culturally connected.

Through the tropicalization of toolkits, innovation in consumption experiences, and a strong alignment with brand objectives, creativity became a strategic lever to guide perception without diluting brand equity. MT&CO played a key role in bridging the gap between brand intention and consumer interpretation, providing Buchanan’s and its distributors with creative and design tools that strengthened brand presence, supported measurable results, and reinforced long-term positioning through meaningful experiences.
